I've been so envious of Shari Stratton's creative abilities... I am very aware of my own shortcoming in this particular area and wanted to get a little practice! ...so the other day while at the library, I checked out a magazine called Crafts n Things. They had this cute little card idea and I decided to try my hand at it. Since I had to work with the items (paper and glue) and the tools (plain scissors) that I already had, it turned out quite a bit different.
Unfortunately, I'm not overly impressed with the end results, but at least its a start!
I was planning to give it to DH for valentines. Hopefully he's not to terribly un-impressed with 'Whimsy'!
